Once your order is placed, I carefully prepare your watch for shipment. This process takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday) to ensure every detail is just right.

Shipping Time & Reliable Delivery

I work with trusted and reliable shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. Once your watch is ready, it will be shipped directly to your door. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Delivery times of international orders may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

While unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues may occur, I will always do my best to keep you updated and assist in any way possible.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, I may need to charge an additional shipping fee for resending it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. However, once a package is marked as delivered, I can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your order is missing, please contact the courier directly, and I’ll do my best to assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
