Return Policy

At Arthur’s Watches, I take great pride in crafting high-quality timepieces and ensuring every order meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and care. Because of the nature of my business and the exclusive nature of my watches, I have a fair return policy to protect both you as a customer and my small workshop.

Returns & Exchanges

I understand that sometimes expectations may not align perfectly. However, due to the handcrafted nature of my watches, all sales are considered final, and I do not accept returns for refunds.

Exceptions & Exchanges
I do offer exchanges or store credit in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective watch upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item due to an error on my part.

If your item meets the above conditions, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery at contact@arthurswatches.co.uk with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos showing the issue.
  3. A brief description of the problem.

I will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the watch for an exchange or store credit. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards and due to the personalized nature of my watches, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Sale & Discounted Items – Any watch purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom engraved or personalized watches.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • If your return is approved, I will provide return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • I recommend using a trackable shipping service as I cannot be responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • If an exchange or store credit is approved, I will process it within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • I do not offer cash or card refunds. Instead, I provide a replacement item or store credit, ensuring that you still receive a beautiful timepiece that meets your expectations.

Warranty & Repairs

Each watch is carefully handcrafted and undergoes strict quality control. However, if your watch experiences a craftsmanship defect within 30 days of purchase, I will personally repair or replace it at no additional cost. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
